Who We Are
Through my 20 years of experience I often saw the cycle of weight loss victory and struggle. What I found to be the answer to lasting success, was wholeness and healing in a person. This is only done through God.
You can have the most gifted trainer, the healthiest chef in your house, and newest state of the art workout equipment. Nothing will change if you do not use them.
Success means you have to listen to your trainers instruction
Success means you have to follow and eat what healthy food is prepared for you.
Success means you have to move your body to lift the, weights and perform the movements necessary for the equipment to have effect on your body.
Lasting transformation is in your heart. You have to surrender your control, habits, compulsions, fear, pride, insecurities, vanity, weakness, and strength to God.
If you truly want a lasting body and health transformation,you have to let go of your other idols. You have to give God your full focus, identity and committment. You have to be obediant, you must follow his intstruction. You need to find discomfort in your addiction to food, and find fulfillment in your wholeness in Christ.
Just think about it. If you follow the instructions in the Bible, you will have nothing but victory in every aspect of your life.
This only makes sense for your physical body as well.
God wants us to enjoy our bodies,our physical abilities, and aesthetics.
